Some people arrive carrying something specific: a wound that has not shifted despite years of talk therapy, a body that has gone quiet, a spiritual life that feels stalled at the edge of something it cannot quite reach. Others arrive simply drawn — following a pull they cannot yet fully name. Both are equally welcome here, and both will be met with the same quality of presence.
No two sessions are identical. The work follows you — not a curriculum.
Each session begins with an unhurried settling — breath, presence, a conversation about what is alive right now. From there, the session moves organically through whatever combination of modalities serves your particular unfolding on that day. One session may be primarily somatic; another may go deep into psycho-spiritual inquiry; another may be anchored in breathwork and move into tantric bodywork. The practitioner reads the session as it unfolds and follows its intelligence.
For those who are new to this kind of work, the first session includes additional time at the opening — so that you arrive fully informed, genuinely at ease, and consenting clearly to what unfolds. Nothing happens without your knowledge and your yes. The container is held with rigor, and your agency within it is absolute.
Sessions are available in person or held online for those at a distance. The depth of the work translates across both formats. Online sessions draw primarily from healing meditation, breathwork, psycho-spiritual inquiry, and somatic guidance — with the full range of bodywork available in person.
-
Healing Meditation Guided inner practices working with the subtle body — clearing, restoring, and deepening the capacity for presence.
-
Breathwork Pranayama and conscious breathing that shifts the nervous system, moves energy, and opens the body to deeper states.
-
Somatic & Movement Work Body-led practices working with sensation, posture, and movement to release what is held and restore natural flow.
-
Tantric Bodywork Sacred touch rooted in Taoist and Kashmiri lineages — awakening energy, releasing armour, honouring the body as divine.
-
Psycho-Spiritual Inquiry Deep dialogue at the intersection of psychology and spirituality — working with belief, identity, and the architecture of self.
-
Shadow Work Compassionate exploration of what has been disowned — reclaiming the energy bound in keeping it hidden.
